Since its inception, three generations of the Bowe family have been involved in Rose Bank Sawmill. Established in the 1940's initially it was a base for Rose Castle Estate workers until it became a family owned business in 1989.

At Rose Bank Sawmill you'll get nothing but the best. Our vast range of timber is pressure treated with Tanalith®E to ensure a long, trouble free service life, and our staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
 

Whether you need landscaping timber, decking, plywood, traditional gates or fencing, we can help. We offer a huge range of posts, in a number of sizes and in both round and square design. Our round timber is debarked 100% and all our timber is air dried to below 28% moisture content before treatment. Round posts are chamfered, to prevent splitting and mushrooming whilst being driven into the ground. All timber is pressure treated to
USE CLASS 4

Included in our off-site contract service we also provide and erect industrial steel fencing for high security projects.
 
If you're looking to build a garden shed, a classic folly or any creation in wood, we'll be able to help you with a range of raw materials and support you in achieving your design choice. In fact there isn't much Rose Bank Sawmill can't help you with.
